Co-working Space Stratford upon Avon
There are plenty of areas outside of Stratford which can be fantastic for co-working from the likes of the Custard Factory in Digbeth down to the Regus office space in Solihull or even your local McDonalds. However, as Stratford continues to get a growth of freelancers and working professionals who are working remote, I thought it would be good to share some of the best co-working spaces in Stratford upon Avon.
I’ve personally been working freelance for a few years now and have built my home office however nothing beats working in a collaborative co-working space where you can share ideas and chat over a hot coffee. Stratford upon Avon is a small space and while co-working and hot desking is growing it’s still relatively mall which is why so many still grab there laptop and head to some of the awesome pubs and cafes around which host free WIFI such as Cox’s Yard or The Bear Inn.

Venture House Stratford Upon Avon
So many of you might already be aware of Venture House who do any awesome job of offering flexible working space to companies and contractors of all sizes needing work-space for different reasons and projects.
Situated just outside of the main Stratford town center Venture House is awesome for people who drive and don’t want to cover the costly parking fees which you’d get if you’d work from one of the many cafes in town.
Venture House a full business hub with meeting rooms, hot desking co-working and even specialist business advice been offered. Overall Hot desking (Co-Working) comes in various packages and has a range of features although not specialist to anyone Niche this office space has my vote for been an easy to get to space for some focused work time. Pricing started from £120 per month for an individual with the first session been completely free.
They also have a few extra packages and benefits such as the Co-Working club which on selected dates allows co-working and networking across different businesses within Stratford upon Avon for just £10 PP.
Brave Scene, Alderminster
I’ve personally never been to use the Brave co-working space but the mission statement and Facebook community which is ever growing make me want to commute to this little space all the time. There are a lot of things I personally can align with Brave in terms of the culture and environment they are trying to grow and build. I particularly like the Brave message that’s reads “Success is about your journey, your adventure, your companions, as well as what happens along the way and the legacy you leave behind”
Brave is building out a community of creatively inspired thinkers and people which is perfect for my field of SEO but also great for anyone looking to learn more and be more creative with there business. Situated just outside Stratford upon Avon in Alderminster this location is perfect for a little countryside thinking.
Although not many features are mentioned on the website prices start from £75 for a monthly membership but you can also hire by the day which works perfectly if you’re looking for a break away from your home office.
Long Barn Village, Alcester
Longbarn Village near Alcester has to be one of my favourite little spots, a range of old converted barns with picturesque views. Predominately owned and ran by the creative minds from CAB Studios this project is one I can see going from strength to strength.
The once Michelin star restaurant can now be rented out to help get your creative juices flowing bursting to the beams with character and super-fast WIFI you’ll sure be able to put your business brain into full focus. If you’re looking for something with more hustle and bustle you can even rent a desk within the main CAB Studio office which is full of creative thinkers and digital marketers.
Prices for a desk here start from £250 PCM so slightly more than some of the other options mentioned although for me a cost worth paying to be surrounded with like minded creative and strategic thinkers that I can bounce some of my SEO and marketing ideas off.
Minerva Mill, Alcester
Minerva Mill is one of my favourites when I am looking to head outside of Stratford upon Avon, the old Mill which has since been converted by the owners of CALGAVIN who are one of the main companies located in the Alcester office space.
Minerva Mill for me is the perfect place to network and work with companies of all sizes and Alcester been perfectly placed to all motorway makes it easier for the halfway point for me between client meetings that typically take place towards Birmingham.
The hotdesking facilities situated at the Mill allow you to have a dedicated office desk in a co-working space with full access to internet and other office services such as a full color printer. Again, making this quirky space the perfect place to continue growing your business. No prices are currently shown on the website but a quick call will help you get all the costing information you need.
All Bar One, Stratford upon Avon
If you’re looking for a slightly different co-working space then All Bar One Stratford Upon Avon might be the perfect place. The stylish bar in the heart of Stratford upon Avon is currently offering a hybrid co-working space. Available Monday to Friday, indulge in any hot beverage and a delicious main dish to unlock the perks of unlimited coffee, tea, and WiFi throughout the day. And when it’s time to wind down, you’re perfectly positioned to transition from work mode to relaxation with a selection of post-work cocktails at your favorite local spot. All Bar One Stratford Upon Avon isn’t just a bar, it’s your new office away from the office.
Mansley Business Centre, Stratford Upon Avon
The Mansley Business Centre is one that over time seems to have transitioned away from hot desking and co-working space however I believe you can still call on request and be given a small space to work from. Similar to Venture House this unique office space is based just outside of the main town but is within close walking distance to both train stations in Stratford upon Avon.
As a family-owned business, the Mansley Centre is looking to create a collective, friendly and professional service that can help accommodate companies within Stratford upon Avon. Full of facilities to make your working day easier and more relaxed there is a large car park on site although this can get busy with workings from Sitel alongside this there is a full working Café which is open Mon – Fri 7:30am to 5pm, Sat 9am to 2pm.
Again not a co-working space I have personally used but looks like a good option if you’re local to Stratford upon Avon and considering some hot-desking space for a project.
Alscot, Atherstone On Stour
Another Gem which has been developed just outside of Stratford upon Avon is the Alscot estate which now offers full hotdesking within the main building. This stunning co-working space is like no other been situated in 4,000 of beautiful countryside views which isyou’re lucky and take a small break can allow you to see over Stratford upon Avon.
The hot-desking space can allow you to come outside of the main town within easily communicable distance to focus on the important tasks for your business in 2019. The cost of a hot desk within the Alscto estate starts from £25 per day and also includes high-speed broadband and have use of the communal areas and free on-site parking.
